This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. II. The proposed acquisition has a requirement for corporate memberships to a full service physical fitness facility to be utilizted for civilian and military personnel assigned to the DFAS Indianapolis Center. The required available services shall include: Qualified instructor for formal health programs and services, indoor gymnasium, workout room with cardiovascular equipment, stationary and free weights, indoor swimming pool, running track, shower and secured locker facilities. This faility shall be available for use from 6:00AM until 8:00PM Monday through Friday. The base period of performance is for 12 months with two 12 month options.
