This is a simplified acquisition for CONSTRUCTION SERVICES to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to RENOVATE FIRE CONTROL OPTIC LABORATORY, CWC-728, FACILITY 2200, Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia. This renovation include demolition of interior walls; installation of new interior walls; replacement and installation of acoustical ceiling system; replacement of optical glass window; removal and installation of interior and exterior doors, including the installation of a fast-acting rolling door; renovation and installation of HVAC, plumbing, and industrial equipment, piping, ductwork and accessories; and the renovation of the electrical power and lighting distribution system.
