This acquisition is for a Bin Conveyor for GSA's Western Distribution Center at Rough and Ready Island in Stockton, California. The contractor shall provide all the equipment, tools, materials and manpower necessary to dissemble the existing conveyor system, manufacture and/or provide, deliver, install, test, debug, render fully operational and commission a new conveyor system to meet stated requirements in the specifications. Start up services and normal maintenance training shall also be provided. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses only. A limited number of solicitation packages will be available on or after September 15, 1997. Solicitation packages will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. Contractors who received solicitation 9FBG-OLC-N-A-2078/97, which was canceled on August 28, 1997, have been placed on the bidders list to receive this new package when it is made available.
