Must also have ASYNC and TCP/IP telemetry, AC power supply and charger, GPS receiver with active antenna, connector kit for fabrication of external cables to sensor. Must be Ethernet. Quanterra Model #Q4128/GS-2/E16. The basis of this sole source requirement is Quanterra, Inc. holds proprietary rights to the digital format used. Any firms believing they can provide this equipment at a reasonable price shall submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 DAYS after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to provide the required equipment.
