Ware, 618-256-9590 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Procurement Branch (DTS42) intends to issue a sole source contract to Intermetrics, Inc., 733 Concord Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02138, for the acquisition of software maintenance for the following proprietary products: Two Compilers and Two ADA Language Interactive Batch Debuggers. In addition, interim status reports, monthly status reports and software/incident malfunction reports, in support of the software, will be required. These software products are currently installed on an AMDAHL 5995-8650M located at the DMC Chambersburg. Period of performance for the maintenance is 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance must indicate their interest within 7 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests to 618-256-9592 are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals.
