This announcement constitutes the only version of Amendment 0001 to the solicitation; a written Amendment 0001 will not be issued. THE SOLICITATION IS AMENDED TO DELETE THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGE FROM THE SOLICITATION: "The Contractor shall mail one copy of the handbook to each recipient specified in the contract via 3rd class mail or equivalent. Any handbooks not mailed to addressees on the list provided in the contract shall be mailed or otherwise delivered to: Commandant (G-WPW), U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, 2100 Second St., S.W., Room 6400, Washington, DC 20593-0001. The date and time for delivery of the handbooks to G-WPW will be provided at contract award." THE AFOREMENTIONED DELETED LANGUAGE IS REPLACEDWITH THE FOLLOWING NEW LANGUAGE: "The Contractor shall mail or otherwise deliver all 50,000 copies of the handbook to: Commandant (G-WPW), U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, 2100 Second St., S.W., Room 6400, Washington, DC 20593-0001 no more than thirty (30) days after contract award. A copy of the list of the companies who requested a copy of this solicitation may be obtained via fax by calling Joseph L. Widdup at 202/267-6290.
