Specifications are as follows: Sizes: (6) Large, (5) Medium, (2) Asian Medium. The suits have a maximum weight of not to exceed 40.5 pounds and offer the following V50 ratings in accordance with NATO STANAG 2920. Ankle-500, Lower leg front- 500, Knee front-675, Thigh front-500, Groin area-850, Chest area- 850, Jacket back-460, arm-450, Leg Rear-200, Jacket-450, Collar- 450, Collar with insert-750, Integrated groin protector-450, Helmet-400, Visor-200. Blast Overpressure Protection: reduces incident,side on pressure, to the frontal chest region of the suit by a minimum of 55 to 60% in the 0 to 4 atm (60psi) range and to the rear chest area by a minimum of 45%. The helmet, in combination with the jacket collar, reduces incident overpressures to the ears by 65% for frontal exposures. Heat Protection: The suit and helmet outer cover are flame resistant 40% nomen Ia and 60% kevlar blended aramin material. Component: Jacket w/amour inserts 10.4, Trousers w/Back Protector 6.5. Integrated Groin Protector 1.5, Helmet w/Visor 3.6. Design Features: Quick Removal, Ballistic Inserts: Sealed in water proof pouches and easily removed for maintenance and cleaning of the outer cover, Anti-Static: The suit outer and inner cover are conductive fabric in order to drain static buildup, Flame Retardant: All exposed material is flame retardant and will not support combustion. Wear Resistance: The inner and outer suit fabric is designed for long life and all high wear areas are reinforced with conductive rubber material, Compatibility: Can be worn with either the EOD-7B OR MCS-4 helmets and is compatible with the BCS-3 Cooling Suit, Jacket Sleeves: May be removed to reduce fatigue when the risk allows for reduction protection.
