B -- ESTABLISH CELL LINES AND EXTRACT DNA AND RNA SOL RFQ-70194-NV DUE 092397 POC Debbie Moore, Purchasing Agent 301/402-4509, Trish Haun, Contracting Officer 301/402-4509 The National Cancer Institute intends to enter in to a contract with American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) to establish lymphoblastoid cell lines and extract DNA and RNA from 65 study subjects as part of an ongoing genetic study of cancer. This is a follow-on purchase and due to continuity of an on-going experiment the Government intends to award a sole source procurement to ATCC. This is not a request for proposals, but rather a notice of intent. However, organizations who believe they can meet this need may submit a proposal with all evaluative materials to Debbie Moore, 6120 Executive Blvd., Rm. 634, Rockville, MD 20892-7227 no later than September 23, 1997 at 12PM EST.
