The Naval Special Warfare Development Group requires repair and reconstruction of climbing wall in Virginia Beach, VA. The supplier shall use an engineering consultant to design the steel column support structure required to support the imprint panels via the existing imprint panel modular support system. The supplier furnishes all necessary drawings, materials, and tool requirements to complete project. Closing date for this Synopsis is September 12, 1997, 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
