The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends to solicit proposals for Command, Control, Communications and Computer (C4) Services at Vandenberg AFB, CA. Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and other items and services as necessary to provide C4 services, including base level communications support; LAN and WAN information transfer; network equipment maintenance; local commercial communications services; operation and maintenance of DoD radios and communications centers, voice and data switching systems, the Base Information Transfer Center, Master Publications Library, common-user telephone systems, and the Air Force Network Control Center. Performance will be from 1 Jul 98-30 Sep 98 with five one-year options beginning on 1 Oct 98. This acquisition has been set-aside for 100% small business competition under SIC code 4813, size standard 1500 employees. This solicitation is being issued in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.3 (Contractor versus Government Performance).
