McNeiley 816-983-3823 (Site Code DACW41) The work to be performed consists of providing permanent and safe disposal of low-level radioactive and mixed waste contaminated soil and debris, in accordance with applicable, relevant and appropriate Federal, State and local regulations. The source of materials will include a variety of domestic civilian and military sites and facilities. Materials to be disposed of under this contract may include one or more of the following: low-level wastes, naturally occurring radioactive materials (NORM), mixed wastes, and 11e(2). The Government intends to award a firm fixed-priced indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for the performance of these services. The resulting contract will include a base period of one year with four additional one-year option periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract amount will not exceed $100,000,000 and there is no limit on the dollar amount of each task order. There is a guaranteed minimum contract amount of $500,000 for the base year. Option years, if exercised, will have a guaranteed minimum of $250,000 or 1% of the stated maximum, whichever is less. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 4953.
