J -- MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ANESTHESIA MACHINES/VENTILATORS SOL 541-40-98 DUE 091997 POC Jeanelle Wright, (216) 838-6091 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center wishes to consolidate a full service maintenance agreement under a commerical item procurement to include the VA Medical Center's in Dayton, Ohio; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Cleveland, Ohio for the following list Anesthesia Units and Ventilators: Excel Anesthesia Units; Modulus I; Modulus II; CD Anesthesia Machines; Ventilator Models 7000; 7800 Anesthesia Machines; 7800 Ventilators; Vaporizers etc. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, tools, material for vaporizer exchange service and preventive maintenance inspections and to provide preventative maintenance including minor parts replacement, labor, transportation, lodging and all other costs associated with the maintenance of anesthesia equipment and ventilators. All work shall be performed by competent technicians, experienced have completed successfully a formalized training program for the equipment listed in the solicitation. Period of performance shall be for the base year with three (3) one (1) year option renewals.
