R -- The U.S. Dept of Commerce/OIO/Russia-NIS has a requirement for a contractor to provide technical support for the ABC Programs' Financial Plan & Budget. Contractor will be responsible for 1. Receiving information from ABC project Directors, ABC program specialist, OFM and the Office of Executive Assistance Management (OEAM). 2. Creating the above report and (presenting them to the Dept Director of the Russia/NOIS (R/NIS) Program Office. 3. Co-located ABC's reflecting expenditures and future cost. 4. Solo ABC disbursements against the cooperative agreements. 5. Domestice expenses. 6. BFS collections and advances. Must have experience in accounting and finance, Experience with Federal Government budget process and systems. Facility with Lotus 123 and WordPerfect software packages for Windows or similar packages. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
