The National Center for Health Statistics, through the Program Support Center, General Acquisitions Branch intends to award a sole source contract to Research Triangle Institute to develop and implement in SUDAAN software the statistical methods and appropriate computer algorithms for a number of analytic techniques. This includes, time dependent Cox proportional hazard models, adjusted treatment means from multiple linear, logistic and cox proportional hazzard models, and quasi or pseudo maximum likelihood estimation in the categorical data procedures.
