Carpeted areas are located on floors Ground through Fifth. Approximately 196,709 square feet of carpet in occupied areas. All carpet located within occupied areas "building wide" shall be cleaned twice a year. Carpet in unoccupied areas consists of 17,854 square feet of carpet. All carpet in these areas shall be cleaned 12 times per year. The contractor shall furnish all cleaning materials and equipment necessary to provide the services required.
