Service will include but will not be limited to monthly cleaning of high traffic /common areas and remaining carpet throughout the base clinic. Also clean the upholstered furniture in the high traffic/common areas annually. Removing stains and wax/chewing gum. The period of performance will be from 97OCT01 through 98SEP30 with four option years. The procurement will be a firm-fixed price simplified acquisition procedure using commercial practices.
