Installa 10 quick coupler valves throughout the job site as located by the owner. Make the water connection to the domestic water on the north side of the building. Install 2 -- 24 station digital controllers and one irrigation booster pump. All necessary permits and fees are to be included in the project. BASE BID includes the following: Area on the north side from the main entrance to the edge of the building. Area to include the parking lot islands on the east and south sides. Area immediately around the east ans south sides of the building. OPTION NO. 1 includes the lawn along the north and west sides.
