The principle components of work to be performed under these specifications include the following: removing and disposing of approximately 4,100 pounds of existing metalwork; furnishing and installing two 316L stainless steel liners which include the following: approximately 2,050 square feet of 3/8-inch thick stainless steel sheets, approximately 144 linear feet of 6x6x3/4 stainless steel angles, 8 each 3/4-inch stainless steel baffle plates at approximately 3.1 square feet each; and surface preparation and application of a two part polyurethane coating system to approximately 400 square feet of existing sleeve valve piping in Vault No. 1.
