Jennings, 415/522-3343, Contracting Officer Provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment and tools necessary for general repairs, alterations and minor construction to Government owned and leased facilities within the state of Nevada. This will be an Indefinite Quantity construction contract with the ability to perform associated design and contract management services for construction projects ranging from approximately $2,000.00 to $1.8M. Offerors will be evaluated using source selection procedures/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and estimates to make up to five awards under this solicitation with maximum ordering limitations of $15M per contract. The contracts will be for one year base period with four (4) one (1) year options, unilateral on the part of the Government. Solicitation GS-09P-97-KSD-1017 will be available on or about September 22, 1997. Bid/performance/payments bonds are required. This is a small business set-aside.
