Prepare, remove, and dispose of existing lead containing coatings and friable asbestos. Replace fire rated steel door assemblies, install new quarry floor tile and base, repair or replace various items. The requirement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Quotations will solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 90 calendar days after receipt of contract award. All responsible sources may submit a quote.
