The principal components of the work to be performed are as follows: Fabricating, cutting or boring five coaster gates for installing ten control valves (2 control valves for each coaster gates.); installing ten Government-furnished control valves and ten hydraulic cylinders (control valve assemblies) on the coaster gates; furnishing and installing five hydraulic power units; furnishing and installing the hydraulic piping and hoses from the hydraulic power units to the coaster gate stems; furnishing and installing the hydraulic piping and hoses from the coaster gate stems to the control valves; furnishing and installing new seals for each coaster gate; and cleaning and painting coaster gates.
