Work includes dredging approximately 1,700 cubic yards of material from the Coast Guard moorings at SARDET Block Island, placing dredged material on a beach, disposing contaminated material, repairing an existing wood float, disposing of an existing wood float, and incidental related work. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC Code 1629 applies. The Contractor shall have 90 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed for completion. Dredging and disposal shall be accomplished between November 1 and December 31. Marine experience required to accomplish this work. Solicitation available on or about September 15, 1997.
