The requirement has optional line items for two gas-in-oil monitors and load tap changers for various substations, which may be purchased. All supplies purchased will be delivered FOB Destination not sooner than 1998 and not later than June 1, 1999 to Glendive Pumping Plant, Custer, Faith and Grand Forks Substations. The Government may award multiple firm-fixed price contracts in accordance with FAR Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items.
