70 -- MAINTENANCE SUPPORT FOR REMEDY SOFTWARE SOL F41622-98-Q0030 POC Bill Lucas (210) 536-6222 Brooks AFB Operational Contracting intends to award a sole source contract to Remedy Corp, 1505 Salado Dr, Mountain View, CA 84043. The requirement is for Technical Support for the Remedy Software utilized by the Database Administrator during FY98. The basic support services include 24 hour response time of telephone support, e-mail support, web access, fax on demand services, knowledge base and software updates. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this award is solely within the discretion of the Government. No award will be made on the basis of quotes received in response to this synopsis. If quotes are solicited no additional synopsis will be published. This is IAW FAR Part 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. No telephone requests will be accepted. Anticipated award will be 5 days after publication.
