effort during the fourth (4th) quarter of FY97 to McDonnell Douglas
Corporation (MDC), St Louis, MO, a wholly owned subsidiary of The
Boeing Company. The contract will be awarded pursuant to the authority
of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The contractor needs all
the following criterion: (a) Capability to show extensive engineering
knowledge/ experience on the F-15A wiring, lighting and
control/display subsystems; (b) Capability to show engineeringknowledge
of and ability to work with the Space Allocation and Reservation
Program (SARP) database; (c) Capability to integrate and test the Night
Vision Imaging System (NVIS) compatible lighting system to be
compatible with the current electrical and control/display subsystem of
the F-15A aircraft; (d) Capability to conduct retrofit/modification
activities; (e) Capability to write USAF Mil-Spec Technical Orders
(T.O.s) and make changes to existing T.O.s affected by this effort; (f)
Capability to use and input data into the Logistics Support Analysis
(LSA) file system; (g) Capability to perform the design, development,
integration, and test of new peculiar, F-15 O-level support equipment;
(h) Capability to prepare, revise, and submit Support Equipment
Recommendation Data (SERD) as part of appropriate Engineering Change
Proposals (ECPs) to specify F-15 O and I-level Support Equipment (SE)
requirements; (i) Capability to conduct systems engineering, project
