The Government Proposes a sole source procurement with Satson Wyatt Worldwide for these services. An RFQ will be issued on or about September 19, 1997, and award of a Purchase Order will be made if no affirmative, substantive responses are received within 15 days after the publication of this notice following Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
