S -- GROUND MAINTENANCE SOL RFQ 527-08-98 DUE 092997 POC Laralee Horowitz, Contracting Officer Provide necessary man power and equipment to clean central receiving courtyard daily (Mon to Fri) from October 1, 1997 to September 30, 1998 with two renewal option years. Contractor shall be responsible to clean all debris on floor around garbage compactor, in front of loading dock and in hampers, tubs or wagons left there to be emptied. All debris is to be placed in open roll off containers supplied by the VA. Contractor will also remove debris from two yard drain strainers and wash down area around and under compactor & compactor hopper. Clean up to be done in the evening after 8:00 P.M. In addition, clean loading dock (Ambulance Entrance-Old Navy Clinic, Bldg. 89), OPC Ramp Enclosure (Bldg. 88) and Lobby -- East entrance, including stairwell Bldg. 89. Place all bagged debris collected in station dumpster. Provide services as follows: OPC Ramp Daily (M to F), Lobby, East Entrance, once a week on Tuesday, Old Navy Clinic Entrance once a week on Monday. Standard Industrial Code is 7349, Building Cleaning & Maintenance Services. This procurement is a total small business set aside.
