synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the
only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 50602-023 is
issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This is a small business set-aside
and the Standard Industrial Classification is 3663. The small business
set-aside standard is 750 employees. The solicitation line items are as
follows: Item 1. Grass Valley Group Model SMS- AAM Audio Matrix Module,
12 ea.; Item 2. Grass Valley Group Model SMS-NCS Node Controller
Module, 2 ea. The specific IBB requirement is to expand its Grass
Valley Group 7000 main plant router. F.O.B. Point: Destination --
Inside Delivery. Address: International Broadcasting Bureau, CSF, Room
G-312, 330 C. St., SW, Washington, DC 20547. Delivery Required: within
30 Days after contract award. Inspection and acceptance will be at
