70 -- ALARM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UPGRADE SOL N0025397Q0312 DUE 092597 POC Contact Point, Vi Peerson, Fax 360/396-7959 NUWC Keyport requires upgrades to a Graphics Master microwave network management monitoring system manufactured by Badger Technology, Inc. The upgrades include: two COMPAQ computer stations, a FSK communication interface, and Graphics Master Version 3.5 application software. System is to be fully integrated. Installation, training, and one year follow-on software support is also required. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. It is NUWC's intent to make an award sole-source to Badger Technology. Award shall be made on or about 25 Sep 97. No telephone requests for the RFQ will be accepted. See Numbered Note 22. (0246)
