D -- MAINTENANCE OF ADPE EQUIPMENT SOL DCA20098Q0021 DUE 092597 POC Art Kruse 618-256-9735 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Procurement Branch (DTS42) intends to purchase maintenance for ADPE products. A listing of some of the products to be maintained is: Model FC1514, Additional Channel; Model B3F, DASD 45.4GB; Model BK4, DASD; Model A3F, DASD-Head of String; Model B3F, DASD; Cartridge Scratch Loader; Model FC 4411, Detached Operation; Model M20 UPG, 4780-20 Upgrade; Model FC 1512 -- Additonal Channel; Model FC4411, Detached Operation; Model FC 4412, Library Operation; Model 9032, Symmetrix ICDA-272GB; Model 6339535, F.O. Repeater. A complete listing of the ADPE equipment to be maintained and a Statement of Work will be provided with the solicitation. The equipment to be maintained is located at the DMC Jacksonville, FL; DIPC Norfolk, VA and DIPC Charleston, SC. Period of performance will be date of contract award (anticipated for 1 Oct 97) through 31 Mar 98. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notification to the contracting office within 15 days of this announcement. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals.
