Contractor shall perform maintenance and repairs on the following Honeywell equipment at Fort Bragg: "10 ea. Tone Transmission and Power Boards" is changed to read "20 ea. Tone Transmission and Power Boards"; after "FS90 Plus Fire Alarm Panel with Fire Command Center" add: "2 Modems with Lightning Protectors". The following Honeywell FS90 Plus equipment is to be included: "446 ea. Manual" is changed to read "457 ea. Manual"; "133 ea. Hom/Stro" is changed to read "144 ea. Hom/Stro"; "3 ea. FS90 Plus" is changed to read "28 ea. FS90 Plus"; "3 ea. Modems" is changed to read "4 ea. Modems"; "78 ea. Lightning" is changed to read "80 ea. Lightning". PERSONNEL: The following sentence is hereby deleted: "The supervisor shall be available during normal duty hours with 30 minutes of notification to meet with Government personnel, and within 2 hours of notification after normal duty hours for emergency service". The following is added in place of the deleted sentence: "The fire alarm equipment located at Womack Hospital and Main Fire Department shall be provided with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service response coverage. Contractor shall respond within 2 hours to emergency service notification. Fire alarm equipment located in the 28 remote buildings shall be provided with service response 0800 to 1700, Monday through Friday. Contractor shall respond within 4 hours during normal working hours to service notification." The time and date specified for receipt of proposals is hereby changed to 3:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, 10 Sep 97. All other factors remain the same.
