Work to be accomplished at the Lawton PHS Indian Hospital, Lawton, Oklahoma. Award will be made on the total aggregate offer. The purposed contract listed herein is Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act for firms that are at least 51 percent owned, controlled and operated. Offerors who are not currently certified by IHS or BIA are required to submit proof of ownership and eligibility for Indian Preference under the "Buy Indian Act". Estimated performance period is 180 days. Estimated magnitude is $100,000 to $500,000. Bonds are required for this project.
