Provide a flat fixed rate for minutes of use: day, evening, weekends, and holiday. Minutes of use shall be divided into six second increments to accurately account for usage. Rates must must not be distance or time sensitive. Rates are based on 18,000 minutes per month or more and 10,000 telephones. Monthly billing statements must be provided on disc or paper. Service must have the ability of interface with existing Central Office (5ESS AT&T switch) and provide modifications or enhancements to software specific to user for billing. Rates must apply to all direct dialed calls which include: 1+, 0+, and operated assisted calls on a 0-basis. Rates are to apply to INTRALATA (Intra Local Access and Transport Area) local long distance call to the following area code and listed prefixes: (760); 228, 251, 329, 365, 363, 366, 369,819 and 820. And all other area codes within a 100 mile radiu of the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA. Access to INTRALATA is by Digital Channel Service,for 216 channels. All equipment must interface with the 5ESS AT&T which will be provided by the quoter. This service is for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. This is an unrestricted procurement utilizing Commercial Items provisions and clauses. All responses form responsible sources will be fully considered by tis agency. Request for solicitation packages must be submitted in writing via mail or fax. Telephonic reuest for solicatation packages WILL NOT be accepted.
