This award is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Lecroy, Chestnut Ridge, NY. A market survey was performed of three companies which were Tektronix, Hewlett Packard, and LeCroy. The instruments and accessories offered by the vendors were compared for performance in the intended application (laboratory R & D). Based on the survey, Lecroy has the only acceptable oscilloscope that meets the government's unique combination of required capabilities.
