The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ currently has a requirement for the preparation, illustration and submission of a report depicting the functional support structure that the Quality Engineering Directorate (QED) has formulated (personnel resources, equipment, facilities, capabilities) as a result of the recent reshape for Force XXI. Government Furnished Material will be provided to the Contractor to be reviewed, analyzed and processed to develop and format the report. The Contractor shall deliver a final report to the Government within 30 days of receipt of an approved draft report. TACOM-ARDEC intends to satisfy this requirement via a Sole Source Small Purchase Order to Point Industries, Amityville, NY. See Numbered Note 22. (0247)
