contemplating award of a sole source simplified acquisition with
Aguirre International for a retrospective analysis of the National
Workers Survey (NAWS), for pesticide exposure and farmworker data. The
contractor shall develop a interpretive report on data analysis. The
report shall consist of all data collected for the U.S. Dept. of Labor
from 1988 through 1997, which covers at a minimum 20,000 seasonsal
agricultural workers in 288 counties in 25 states. Concerns having the
ability to furnish the required product is requested to demonstrate in
writing its capabilities to the procurement office listed in this
notice within (15) calendar days from the date of this synopsis. A
point of contact and telephone number should be provided. However,
concerns that respond should furnish detailed data concerning
capabilities and may request to receive a copy of the solicitation if
and when one becomes available. This notice may represent the only
