The Naval Air Station Oceana is seeking professional services to clean 7 various oil water separators IAW the following: Contractor will provide all necessary labor and equipment to perform the following: Remove grates and store for replacement. Pump liquids from existing oil/water separators to adjacent oil water separator. Remove, wash and replace the coalescing tubes and wash separator walls to remove any loose sludge. Drum sand and sludge in DOT approved drums for lab analysis and proper disposal IAW all federal, state and local laws. Contractor shall be responsible for disposal of all sludge not to exceed a volume of four hundred cubic yards. Government shall furnish lab analysis of sludge. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
