Bogart, (703) 607-6920 The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to negotiate a follow-on contract with CTC Associates, Inc for acquisition software and support services to include software development, implementation, and maintenance of the agency's contract past performance database and source selection software tools which were both developed by CTC. Effort will also include loading and refining the existing physical web-based source selection networks with the appropriate software; administering the networks on a day-to-day basis, training users on how to use the tools, troubleshooting and fixing any network hardware or software problems and sanitizing the networks at the conclusion of each source selection process. CTC is the only known source that is able to provide the latest professional FAR and DFARS acquisition support services and assistance as it relates to agencies automated source selection and past performance software tools without risk of delay or mission impact . This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Responses must be received within 15 days from date of this publication. Interested sources may respond by written request furnishing clear and convincing data substantiating their ability to furnish the Government's requirement, including technical and pricing data.
