Accessible through Telnet or the World Wide Web, OCLC FirstSearch service provides electronic access to over 60 online databases and more than 1.5 million full-text articles. OCLC FirstSearch service also provides in-depth abstracting and indexing to over 35,000 popular magazines, scholarly journals, encyclopedias, phonebooks, business directories and financial reports. If any other publisher or vendor can provide these products which are widely used in American libraries and information resource centers throughout the world, please give a written notification to the Contracting Officer stated in this notice within 20 calen dar days from the date of this synopsis.
