Collect, organize and manage information on placement resources. 2. Facilitate appropiate referrals for placements to children in foster care. 3. Conduct placement conferences with service providers for children requiring placement. 4. Document efforts to place children referred from Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA), or agencies providing foster care services under contract with CFSA. 5. As needed, appear in court with agency case workers to address placement efforts on behalf of a child. 6. Report to Child and Family Services Agency, on needed placement resources. (0247)
