Additional Description: The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington, intends to modify Contract N00600-94-D-2306 to increase the ceiling by $800,000.00. The additional services include stat services for the Tri-Service Region One. Stat services include but are not limited to L/S ratios, Amniotic Bilirubins OD450, CKMB, Fetal Lung Maturity (FLM) and catalog identified services for stat testing. The results of the tests can never exceed six hours under any circumstances. Metpath is the only known provider of these services that can meet the Government's stringent six hour requirement throughout the Tri-Service Region One. A Justification and Approval For Other Than Full And Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 has been prepared. ***see note 22*** (0247)
