NW, Washington DC 20009 for the following service: Provide a terminal in Public Information Office (PIO) radio studio connected to a dedicated phone line. The terminal should be able to send digitalized audio material to vendor for further distribution to radio stations designated by PIO. Promotion of Census Bureau service to Vendor client stations, Washington DC based support is required. Ability to fax lead-in scripts and other instructions on use of audio material to radio stations designated by PIO. Provide a variety of time frames for delivery one hour, one day, or two days. Ability to report the stations that accept and download the audio material. Provide access to at least 5000 radio stations across the the nation. Ability to send audio material in advance to designated radio stations without this material appearing on the stations terminal until a PIO designated embargo time. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations no later than 15 days from the published date of this announcement to the above address.
