Fontano Contracting Officer (718) 553-3080 The Eastern Region, Federal Aviation Administration, has made the determination to offer all contractors on their Qualified Vendors List an opportunity to submit proposals for all future solicitations that they had indicated an interest in. This is in lieu of rotating the list as we had done in the past. All Contractors on the (Eastern Region's) Qualified Vendors List were sent a letter advising them of the above. Contractors are required to certify and return the Service Contract Act Certification which they were sent. Failure to certify and return the SCA certification will eliminate contractors from the QVL and offers will not be accepted from these companies. Contractors on the QVL are responsible for assuring that they receive Solicitations and return the SCA certification.
