70-SPECIAL: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE OCT. 27-29, 1997 NORTH AMERICAN ISDN USERS' FORUM (NIUF) The Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) announces the October 27-29, 1997 North American Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Users' Forum (NIUF). The NIUF will be held at the Savannah DeSoto Hilton in Savannah, GA. Ongoing groups will continue to work on ISDN Wiring & Powering, Telecommuting and Technology Applications, Private Switching, Always On/Dynamic ISDN, ISDN Simplification, Government Services, Universal ISDN Order Form, BRI Anywhere Guidelines, Issues and Versions. There will be a keynote address and two panel sessions regarding Telecommuting. The NIUF will be held in conjunction with the Bellcore National ISDN CPE Guidelines Seminar, October 30-31.
