THIS SYNOPSIS IS A MARKET SURVEY FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. Fort Riley is seeking potential sources meeting Contractor experience and qualifications requirements for Hospital facility. Large or Small Businesses familiar with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JACHO) criteria for Environment of Care Standards, The Contractor or Senior Management staff to include on-site project manager shall have as a minimum, three to four years experiences in Facilities Maintenance. Facilities Maintenance equivalent to total operation, inspection, maintenance and repair for a full service medical treatment facility providing not less than 100 bed in patient bed capacity and the total square footage of not less than 350,000 square feet. Experiences include operation of medical facilities energy plant, operation of high pressured boiler system in excess of 500 horse power per boiler and 1500 tons of chiller capacity.
