Garceau, Regional Contract Specialist, 717-547-1641, extension 541 The Federal Correctional Institution McKean, located at Bradford, Pennsylvania, has a requirement for a Pennsylvania licensed barber/barber teacher to provide Pennsylvania Barber Board approved curriculum for barber vocational training to federal prisoners. The vocational training required would consist of a combination of classroom instruction and "live work" experience to be provided on site. Services will be required for a one-year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award.
