The Navy Public Works Center Jacksonville intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Northeast Florida Heating and Air, 5860 Timuquana Road, Suite 7, Jacksonville, FL 32210, to provide/install breathable compressed air system complete with compressor, tank, filters, purifier, alarms, controls, and piping. The work includes the removal of an existing breathable air system mounted on a single base, construction of a concrete slab and leanto addition to the building and incidental related work, Building 1488, Naval Station, Mayport, Florida. Northeast Florida Heating and Air was responsible for installing the current unit, and the Government will therefore receive salvage value for the existing unit. See numbered Note 22. (0247)
