O'Connor (602)856-3432 The follwoing is a summary of work for project NUEX96-0504 located at Luke AFB, Arizona. The project shall include but is not limited to: 1. Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials to perform all operations in connection with built-up roofs, shingle/shake roofs, elastomeric roof coating, and metal roofs, located at Luke AFB, Gila Bend AFAF, and Ft Tuthill, Arizona, in accordance with the bidding schedule, specifications, standard detailed drawings, and with the provisions and terms of the contract. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract containing a basic one year period plus 2 one -year options. The magnitude is estimated between $1.0 and $5.0 million over the life of the contract, basic year and potion-year periods.
