This Acquisition is to modify the existing contract DAAB07-96-D-D764 in order to extend the period of performance for contractor provided maintenance. The contract is to be extended from October 1997 thru October 1998. The proposed contract modification is an extension to the existing sole source, Time and Material (T&M), contract to the Hostile Aircraft Identification Equipment (HAIDE) contract with Condor System, 45180 Business Court, Suite 200, Sterling, VA 22170. It is estimated to be $500,000.00 dollars. The minimum needs can only be satisfied by unique supplies available from only one responsible source. Only one responsible Offeror exists, Condor Systems.
