This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis from Wind River Systems, 3033 Kettering Blvd. #210, Dayton, OH since they are the manufacturer. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to NSWC 30 days after contract award. A fixed priced purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
